Q: How long does it actually take?
A: Most quick sales can be completed in 2-4 weeks however, really urgent sales can be completed in as little as 48 hours!

Q: How does selling and renting back work?
A: This is the same as any other sale, however, on the day of completion, you are asked to sign an Agreed Shorthold Tenancy (AST) for 6 months which is renewable every 6 months.

Q: Does anybody else have to know about the sale?
A: No, we act with absolute discretion and nobody, not even your family will find out.

Q: If our property is about to be repossessed, what paperwork do we need to do?
A: None, our solicitors will deal with any outstanding paperwork.

Q: What obligations do I have if I ask for a quotation?
A: You are under no obligation whatsoever to accept our offer.

Q: How do I make an application?
A: Simply call us or fill out our online application form, you will then be contacted for a quick chat.

Q: Are there any fees?
No, there are no fees with the expectation that if you accept our offer and withdraw, you would be required to cover our initial valuation and legal fees.

Q: Can I ever buy back my property?
A: Yes, no problem. you can take out an option agreement to purchase back at a later date.

Q: What if I know somebody who wants to sell?
A: Please let us know and you may be eligible for a "Finders fee" of between £250 - £1,000 if we buy the property.
